Seller description
Used Vintage NHL licensed Jofa 2039 elbow pads...in great shape, basically no wear....excellent price on professional quality elbow pads . These Jofa's (according to their vintage late 1990's) were actually made in Sweden. Country of Origin: Sweden. Historical Context: Founded in 1926 as Jonssons Fabriker AB in Malung, Sweden, the company built its reputation on Swedish-made protective gear. Quality Shift: Enthusiasts often distinguish between "Made in Sweden" (MiS) Jofa gear and later "Made in China" versions, noting that the Swedish-made pads typically featured more durable plastics and premium foams. The 2039 Model: Specifically identified in vintage listings from the 1990s as a Swedish-manufactured product.
