The CCM Quicklite Control pants are based on the CCM Quicklite 270 pants with upgraded performance features from the Quicklite 290 pants. The Quicklite line of pants has been redesigned to offer a snugger, tapered fit while still staying lightweight. The exterior of the CCM Control pants features a pro 400 denier nylon to help reduce weight and optimize durability. An added Dryfoam technology liner features a closed cell foam that is designed to absorb less sweat to keep you drier as you play and keep the overall weight of the pant low for the duration of the game. The thigh guards feature both PE plastic and PE foam to provide a high level of protection against impacts and slashes and molded PE cap are reminiscent of JDP and are designed to disperse impacts away from the fragile hip joint. The kidney guards also feature a molded PE cap for a pro level of protection at all times. The Quicklite Control pants also feature an upgraded split spine guard with molded and segmented PE protection that runs through the spine pad and through the tailbone padding. To fasten, the pants offer an external padded belt with a cinch strap to wrap tight around the waist and a skate lace closure at the front to reduce negative space. The exclusive upgrade includes an outline embroidered hip logo, split spine for a better fit, upgraded Dryfoam liner and upgraded molded and segmented PE spine and tailbone protection.
