Navy blue/light blue/white Philly Express pant shell, adult small. This shell has never been worn, but does not have packaging so I'm not going to list it as brand new. The rubberized PX logo on the side was unstitched and removed for a cleaner look. All measurements are pictured, so please refer to them over the size tag. This shell is designed to fit over pants, but I did wear this same model and size on my medium Super Tacks girdle.
