These skates have normal signs of use as you can see from the pictures, wheels spin smooth and the laces and latches tighten great! We're unable to find anything indicating the size anywhere on the skates, all we know is that they measure roughly 11 inches from the heel to the toe of the skate. These come just as you see in the pictures (SEE PICS)!!
