My son rotated these 4 sets of steel for only 3 months in the spring before out growing his skates. Each set has only been sharpened 2 times. 80-90% blade life left on all 4 sets. One set is black steel and the other 3 sets are polished steel. Each set is numbered for consistency. They are all exact the same height and have only been sharpened on an Elite ES4 sharpening machine. The blade heights are exact on all 4. Great buy if your player uses a 230 Bauer holder and is a serious player. Always nice to have a back up or 3 at tournaments.
