The True Met-Guard Felt replacement tongues are tongues for sized 7-8 True skates. These will fit all True skates and most VH skates with the velcro attachment. This provides maximum protection from lace bite and impacts. Leather patches with extra padding on the top portion of the tongue. Some lint from storage, otherwise brand new. I use these on all of my True skates and love them.
