I am only selling these together and not separating the lot. The tongues will fit True skates sized 7-8 and the footbeds will fit sizes 5-7.5. -True 9X4 tongues, not available for purchase at retail. The only way to acquire these tongues is to take them from a pair of 9X4 skates. They are very comfortable and heat moldable with lace bite protection. The retail equivalent of these tongues cost $80 USD. True Genetix low arch footbeds Can be trimmed to fit size 5-7.5 skates of all brands.
