Bought this about 8 years ago to replace a half shield. Wore it maybe a half season and replaced it with a cage. It is in good shape. In full disclosure It does have a smallish scuff/scratch square in the middle but it surprisingly never even registered to me when playing. It was stored in a mesh bag when I used it and then in that same bag after I took it off.
