Barely used. My son decided to go back his cage.
The Bauer Concept 3 is a full-face shield designed for hockey players seeking maximum protection and visibility. It's a popular choice for goalies and players in leagues requiring full-face protection. The shield features a High-Impact Polycarbonate Shield, which offers protection against pucks, sticks, and other impacts. The Concept 3 has an expanded visual area that provides a wider field of vision compared to traditional cages.
The Concept 3 has set the standard for full facial protection for years. Designed for the player who wants to enhance their range of vision while reducing the risk of facial injuries, without the feeling of wearing a cage. The expanded field of view provides players at all positions that wide-open feel without compromising safety. The anti-fog coating is a nice touch, though it's not perfect in extreme conditions. It's a great option for those transitioning from a cage or for players who simply prefer the feel of a full face shield. In a game of inches, the ability to see the whole ice is worth every penny.
