Used Bauer NME VTX Helmet

Bauer runs two lines of goalie masks. The first, their classic “Profile” style goalie helmet (Bauer 960, 950, etc). The second line is the Bauer NME mask. The Bauer NME VTX mask is a popular option for NHL goalies, some big names wearing them include Devan Dubnyk and Fredrik Andersen. Brand and Model: The helmet is a Bauer NME VTX goalie mask. Bauer is a well-known brand in hockey equipment, and the NME VTX is designed specifically for goaltenders. Size: The helmet is labeled with the size range 7 3/8 - 7 1/2 (which corresponds to head circumference). In centimeters, this size range is approximately 57-60 cm. In inches, it’s approximately 22.4" - 23.6". Construction: The shell of the helmet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE)-injected plastic, which provides durability and protection. Inside, there’s foam padding made of EPP foam, which combines a harder foam with a softer foam for both comfort and a snug fit. Customization and Ventilation: The helmet features strategically placed air vents on the outside of the shell. These vents, along with the Digital Foam, allow air to flow freely to the player’s head, making the helmet extremely breathable. Despite its breathability, it doesn’t sacrifice protection. Level of Play: The NME VTX is considered an elite-level helmet, suitable for club players who play 3-4 times a week and want top-of-the-line protection, comfort, ventilation, and style.
