This is original foam and it’s not too chewed up. It’s definitely not perfect but it’s better than a lot I have seen. It is from a small shell helmet so the rear piece is smaller than a large all the way around. the front is a little different than the newer ones as the cardboard support gear does not go all the way to the front. The helmet is stamped in 1982. See my other add for 2nd gen large padding if needed.
