1979 Winnwell 2000 White Helmet Messier Original Cooper SK2000 made in Canada Vintage

Selling an incredibly hard to find 1979 Winnwell hockey helmet. This model is the Winnwell 2000 and was the pre-cursor to the Cooper SK 2000 helmet. This one is a white 2 piece shell, with original bumpers and original front cage accessory which are quite difficult to find! It has been restored in the following ways: * original plastic harness that holds the foam replaced with fibre board harness using all of the original foam. Original foam is still soft and very comfortable. 1 missing Center piece was replaced. * original bumpers showed some signs of cracking on the middle hole, epoxied to reinforce the inside of the bumpers which are working as normal * original face mask cage was missing the foam chin piece which was fabricated and added in matching Rubatex foam. For a restored helmet this is a great show piece or could be worn if you choose. Mark messier used these for decades and finding white ones let alone any color is a challenge. Sold as is.
