Made in Canada Technically the 4000 model which came before the 4500 Very cool leather piece on the front that only came on the Nike, Cooper, and early Bauer models Foam is in very good shape, not crusty at all. Back piece of foam was too long so it was trimmed to fit Small cracks behind the ears where the screws go (shown in photos)
