The Vapor X900 has a new internal core that is mixed with composite materials and a Balsa core. The composite materials are found in the top of the stick down through the paddle where they become mixed with a Balsa core that continues down through the blade. The blade is clear with composite materials to improve balance and feel. Finishing off the stick, the control zone has strategic ribs and patterns with a grip to allow the goalie to have the best grip on the stick, but allow for transitional movements in and out of passing. The Griptac formula aids in more grip over time without the use of tape to add weight or to eat away palms. Lastly, the Arch paddle geometry is built into the stick which provides a large and flat front paddle which gives a larger blocking surface and helps keep pucks from bouncing over the paddle.
