Inner padding on the thigh channels are velcro, allowing them to be taken out if you’d like. The strapping has an inner belt and an outer belt allowing for a looser or tighter fit depending on what you prefer. Have not experienced any stingers in these pants against college level shots. Selling because I am moving up a size. Before shipping, these pants will be sprayed in special gear spray to prevent smell.
