Pads are in good shape. They have also retained their rigidity and still kick the pucks out hard into the corner. The obvious puck marks are the most glaring illustration of use, other than that only the knee elastic strap could be replaced if necessary(on both pads) and the top knee buckle is missing. None of this ever caused an issue while using the pad as they are completely customizable to however you want to buckle/strap them.
