Vinyl existed with prior owner before myself, not sure what it's there for but it also shouldn't come off any time soon without a fight. Aside from that pads are in excellent condition for age and have plenty of life left in them. Despite being "37 it can fit closer to a 35 or 36, first owner was 6', I am 6'2".
