Pads are used. Straps are still secure and are not ripping, however tops of some straps have missing/peeling plastic on them that doesn't affect their strength. Boot laces are secure without nicks and velcro straps still stick together properly. Small spots on the bottom of the pads where inside fluff material is visible, does not affect pad's sliding or structure. One of the One60 tags at the top of the pad is missing
