I am the original owner and I used these pads for two seasons before they were put in storage for a few years. They are still in great condition with all the original straps and the velcro is still strong. There is black marking on one of the thigh guard elastic straps. This was caused but use of black tape to secure the strap when it came undone during a game and I did not have time to properly retie it. The marking is purely cosmetic and the strap still works great.
