These pads have been great to me. Far from perfect but very functional for anyone who needs function over looks. Replaced most leather straps with buckles recently. Leather rough on bottom but decent amount of life remaining. Outside Sliders were starting to rip so I wrapped them in duct tape which has helped up perfectly for 15+ games since wrapping them. No extra charge for the mustache tape ;) Thigh guard strap is fixed in place with a tie wrap since the buckle holding it broke, totally functional but looks silly.
