23” CCM Premier R1.5 Goalie Leg Pads By Lefevre. My son loves these pads, great construction made from great materials in great condition. My son is using the same model in 24” now and he had the 21” before these. The pads don’t have toe ties because he uses a latch that connects from his skates.
