We bought these new and used them for a year, but they’re in great shape with still strong strap elastic and Velcro grip. No significant fraying. The toe has Toe Hooks installed (http://www.toehook.com/) and we will include the skate loops/elastic/fasteners as well (skates themselves are not included).
