Interior elastic straps are stretched and worn, but still hold/stick to fabric fasteners. Buyer can always duck tape or sew any excess. Upper right / outer roll area, the seams are missing or popped open. Buyer can either sew back in place, duck tape and/or we recommend epoxy or super glue. Review images for best results.
