Just upgraded to new pads so I'm selling my original set which is in great shape. They originally come with laces which I replaced by a FlexToe (www.flextoe.com) as you can see in the pictures. I'm including the laces and the FlexToe since it doesn't make sense to break it just to get it out. If you like it, you can keep it (see image 4). If not, you can go back to the original included laces. It also comes with thigh guards that I only used once (they can be removed since they're velcro attached if needed) Here's a video review that might help: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pg_Hb1l-4Cc From the manufacturer: The Bauer Supreme ONE.5 leg pads bridge the gap between a true beginner set (i.e. Bauer Prodigy) and the Supreme ONE.7 Beginner/Intermediate leg pads. The ONE.5's are lightweight and flexible enough for the beginning Junior and Senior goaltender, and they're great for any level of ball hockey play. Like all pads in the Supreme line, the ONE.5's feature a flat-faced front with a triangular outer roll. Though there are not traditional outer roll breaks, the pad is very soft and flexible at the boot and knee break areas. The inside edge of the pad is flat for a great seal to the ice, and the profile is thin to keep the pad lightweight and mobile. The leg channel of the pad is very much like the Bauer Prodigy set up. It features a traditional boot strap, a deeper leg channel to keep the goalie's leg secure in the pad, and wide, adjustable velcro straps that hold the leg securely in the pad. A nylon webbing thigh rise strap with a plastic clip can be used to help pull the tops of the pads together when going into the butterfly position. An Adjustable Knee Lock allows the goalie to customize the fit of the knee lock to his/her needs. - Butterfly style and construction - AKL: Adjustable Knee Lock - Adjustable Straps - NHL legal under-pant thigh guard Weight: 4.18 lbs Pad Style: Beginner - The style of play ("Reaction/ Hybrid" or "Blocking/Butterly") that the pad was designed for. "Reaction/Hybrid" pads tend to be more flexible and have more breaks - great for those with a narrow butterfly. "Blocking/Butterfly" pads tend to have fewer breaks and are more rigid - better for goalies with a wider butterfly. Knee Breaks: 0 - Breaks in the foam & material of the outer roll. Pads with zero (O) knee breaks tend to be more rigid and have less flex, while pads with one (1) or two (2) knee breaks are "softer" and have more flex built into them. Width: 11 Inches External Material: Microfiber # of Straps: 5 Strap Type: Leather & Buckle (1), Elastic & Velcro (3) Adjustable Straps: Yes Thigh Protection: Attached Thigh Guard Toe Attachment Type: Toe Ties (+ FlexToe)
