These pads are in excellent condition. With a few very minor wear marks shown in pics. They are a 28"+1. All straps, buckles, clips and velcro are in tact and function as should. Very easy pads for kids to put on. My son loves these pads. As you know if you've seen my other posts. He used them for just over half a season and out grew them.
