Youth 22" Koho Revolution 585 Goalie Leg Pads White/Red

These are 22" Koho youth goalie pads. My daughter used these for about a year and a half in 6U and 8U. They were made in 2015, but they have a vintage style. They have a really great knee bend, which can make skating a little challenging, but it also makes learning to butterfly MUCH easier, which is a critical skill for a young goalie. The pads themselves are in great condition. Kids this age don't shoot hard enough to leave lasting puck marks, and I cleaned up what was there. The thigh protectors are in brand new condition because my daughter didn't like the way they fit when she got the pads (she was pretty short, haha), so we took them off immediatel. That's the nice thing about these pads, almost everything can be modded or detached. They have both a buckle and velcro strap system (use as many or as few as you like). The only areas that show general wear are along the boot, there is some slight discoloration from rubbing against the ice. And the other place with wear is the skate lace toe ties. One of them is frayed from getting stepped on occasionally. Fortunately, these are easy and cheap to replace...or just use the pads without them. But everything else about these pads is perfect. These are really great pads for a young goalie to learn on!
