The 800 Velocity 6 Junior Catch Glove is designed to provide a higher level of protection and performance to a smaller catch glove. The overall design and shape is optimized to allow a smaller hand complete glove control with easy break-in and quick closure. The thumb and palm of the glove are made of molded plastic that is specifically designed to help the glove hold shape and give the young goalie better leverage for a quick glove closure. The glove pocket has an oversized single T-web to present a more open catching surface, and the pocket is deep enough to hold pucks almost by itself. The backhand features HD foam protection with a fingertip deflecting rail to protect against pucks and sticks. The internals of the glove feature a sturdy wrist strap and buckle system, with a leather and velcro strap that spans the back of the hand for further fit customization.
