This thing is in pretty good condition, with a few signs of wear, I only used it for about a season in all I think. I bought this small and I was playing at a high level so I was getting stingers but this thing has such a nice closure and would be great for kids playing peewees. The junior premier series has a very popular following with younger goalies. With NHL superstars like Marc Andre-Fluery, Roberto Luongo & Corey Crawford using the CCM Premier series goal equipment, many goalies want to look and play like their hero’s. The Premier series is not just about looking like an NHL goalie, it is built for performance. The Premier R1.5 junior glove is built with a lot of the features of the pro Premier series. The one piece cuff/thumb protection is a great junior feature. Some two piece junior gloves get sloppy over time and the break between the cuff and thumb gets very wide. We have seen a lot of goalies take shots to this opening and get some unnecessary bruising. With the one piece cuff/thumb, this is not an issue since this piece is one solid injection molded piece. The off-set single t also seems to allow junior goalies to open and close the glove properly. Again we see way too many junior gloves on the market today that neither open nor close properly.
