Construction
Larger, Reshaped T Construction: Bauer's reshaped 2025 Vapor V90 glove features a snappy single-T pocket, expanded over last year's V90 to project 5% larger. Complementing the 2025 V90 glove's redesigned T, a wider T spine helps to project and hold the glove's T and pocket wide and open without affecting its snap over close.
CURV® Composite Cuff: An ultra-lightweight cuff reinforcement gives this glove a stronger pop and improved rigidity without adding excess weight. Compared to commonly used impact-resistant materials such as ABS plastic, polycarbonate, and fiberglass composites, CURV® composite offers unmatched resistance to cracking, deforming, or splintering at low temperatures.
Vapor 90 Break: Bauer's take on the time-tested favorite of pro goalie gloves, the 90° glove break. Originally introduced with the Koho 580, the 90° (580) glove break snaps over with an intuitive fingers-to-palm closure that wraps around the puck.

Introduced with the Supreme Shadow glove, the 2025 Vapor V90 glove's CatchGrip+ lining features a high-tack rubber applique across the base of the fingers, furthering this glove's confident, high-speed response.

Easily-adjustable Overlap Fit w/ Full Finger Stalls: The 2025 V90 glove is built to accommodate a wide range of fits, allowing goalies to precision-tune how their glove fits and feels. Up to the fingers, this glove is controlled from stretchable mesh finger stalls with an overlapping pinky loop.
Aerolite Backhand: Reshaped from last year's V90 glove, Bauer's ultra-light molded foam, Aerolite, protects the backhand with flexible segmentation throughout to complement the glove's snap over close.
