CCM EFlex 2 started life as a Medium chest medium arm that I put large arms on. Believe what you want about sizing but I came from and went to XL size and I had the best mobility and coverage with this unit. Typical CCM wear on the arms pictured, the wrist straps have had the spiky Velcro replaced before and could probably use it again in a little bit. Otherwise very usable unit.
