Set of Oneiric Lycra-type compression undergarment for a youth goalie. They have thin padding along the front of thighs and shins to work with the goalie’s pants and leg pads for added protection. Also has Velcro attachment points to hold up their hockey socks.
The best part is the length of Kevlar to protect the goalie’s Achilles area from skate blades when they’re down on the ice—otherwise there’s absolutely no protection there! Give yourself some peace-of-mind when your goalie is making those tough saves in the butterfly!
Elastic waistband is still supple, and there’s no sag in the material anywhere. There is a pocket that will hold a cup or jill in case the goalie finds a goalie cup too bulky (and youth goalies often only need a traditional cup or jill at this stage. Not included).
Not sure of exact size—I’d guess a youth XS or S. Waist is approximately 19 1/2” around, and out seam is approximately 29 1/2” length.
These were only used 1 season until my goalie outgrew them.
