Kova neck protector….plenty of info online if you’re not familiar with this gear. There is some stretching of the elastic band, but not enough to be a concern right now. I have a (roughly) 14.5” - 15” neck for reference. No rips, tearing. Probably best to only sell in the U.S., sending to Canada seems way expensive now.
