All (4) of the screw locks work perfectly. They have nice, comfortable, soft rubber grips with adjustable wrist leashes. No baskets are included. These poles adjust from a packable size of 64.5 cm. / 25.25" up to 130 cm. / 51". They were made in Italy with 7075 Aluminum.
