This 40” (end of grip to end of tip) left handed M3 Hybrid shaft comes just as you see in the pictures (SEE PICS!!) This comes with the LEFT HANDED tip and grip already installed as shown! There is a little bit of Bawa on the shaft about 8 inches down from the end as pictured. Doesn't affect the shaft, but it is there.
