There is a little of what appears to be finish wear on the sole near the toe, as shown in the photos. Original grip. Shaft band in good shape. Topline and face is very clean. Measures just under 35" as shown by the measurement method shown on the photos. I typically measure from the sole at the center of the face to the top of the grip. Very clean, solid milled Grace putter. Sock type Grace headcover included.
