Much of the Heritage Staff Bags inspiration was derived from this iconic club, and is reflected in a steel-grey base color, vintage TaylorMade logos, direct references to the club, and TaylorMades founding year of 1979. Paying Respect Where Its Due While the Heritage Staff Bag stands out from afar, there are some subtler details that are not to be overlooked. Pittsburgh Persimmon is scripted into the topside valuables pocket and the carry strap where it reminds us of TaylorMades first metal wood. Original One, another moniker for the first metal wood, is bordered by the year 1979 marking TaylorMades founding year on the lower of the two backside valuables pockets.
