Includes collar sleeve and carrying case. Sleeve does have 2 tiny tears in it from the first time I tried to remove it from the collar to wash it at the beginning of football season. I got less impatient going forward and the holes never got bigger or impacted the use of the sleeve and it was removed and washed/sanitized many times a week for the rest of the season. . However, you can buy new sleeves on the company’s website.
