They are extremely light and breathable, very flexible and very comfortable. Also, you don't need to worry about any extra pads, as these have all the padding you'll need. Just wear these and your game pants over them. Lastly, they don't sell these anymore and the new ones they are making are just not as comfortable. Would highly recommend these to any football player.
