Small Youth Riddell Victor Helmet (Barely Used)

This helmet was never used to play the sport. It was used as a decoration in my son's room. The helmet does have some pen marks on it from him previously decorating it, as shown in photos. Other than that, its perfect and in great condition. Since it was never used to play the actual sport, I would assume it is safe to use.
