Floyd Reed American Muscle 19 inch Plate for X3 Bar System AND USED WITH GH Accelerator, SOLD OUT and RARE. This is the plate Maykell Lorenzo uses and recommends for heavy lifting with the GH accelerator. The original plastic plate that comes with the GH accelerator may possibly bend and/or break when lifting bands above the Black X3 band, including Black + White, etc and the Orange Elite Band. Heavy duty plate. Exact same height and width as the GH accelerator (19 inch x 10 inch plate) but twice as thick. There is video of Maykell Lorenzo lifting 2 elite bands on the GH accelerator with this plate. Fits the GH accelerator perfectly and is popular among X3 heavy lifters. Weighs 9 LBS.
