It has an 3spd internal hub shifting. It does come with a front pannier rack for gear. The tires will need to be replaced. They do not make the same tires as there are on the bike. They would need to be replaced with the closest similar type. This is a used bike. It has scuffs and scratches on the frame from use. As for the tires check the listing above.
