This helped my son with his hand/eye coordination tremendously. He practiced hitting off of it and catching balls from it using the WebGlov™ (included). We used it in the backyard and in the basement during the winter/offseason. We're selling it because we bought new machine that use real baseballs. Great for indoors. Works great!
