This is a Velo Pro Harness. You can look it up on the internet, but it is designed to be a training aid for both pitching and hitting. I do NOT have the original instructions, but the harness and bungees are all intact. This is a small belt and bungees, but there is no sizing printed in the belt. Please take a look at the Velo Pro website before buying. I bought this for my son when he was 10 and he is now 16 and simply outgrew the belt and bungees.
