Batting

We used this training aid a TON for our first three seasons in REC league (age 9-11). Also ideal for younger players getting used to coach or kid pitch. Effective, safe and easy; can even do indoors (make sure have plenty of room and no furniture or lights are around!) Great to build hand eye coordination, timing, bat speed, batting power. We used to warm up before games if no cages were present, and used at home for additional practice. Can use as a static aid (you hold it still at the point of contact and can make be an inside, outside, high or low pitch); or you can have it be dynamic, the coach moves the ball end towards the strike zone to simulate a pitch. Easy to store and transport. Right or Left handed batters can train with this stick. Solid construction and handle has safety strap. ALWAYS use the safety strap!! This will help your young player see and hit the ball better, and allow you or their coaches to work on simple basic mechanics at impact to improve hitting.
