We used this training aid a TON for our first three seasons in REC league (age 9-11). Also ideal for younger players getting used to coach or kid pitch. Effective, safe and easy; can even do indoors (make sure have plenty of room and no furniture or lights are around!) Great to build hand eye coordination, timing, bat speed, batting power. We used to warm up before games if no cages were present, and used at home for additional practice.
