This training aid is a narrow bat that can be used to hit either golf (whiffle) balls or foam balls. This is a great practice training aid. We used used this bat in our pregame hitting routine as an eye trainer for both full swings and bunts.
Bat is in near perfect shape (we only hit whiffles). The bat came with black tape for grip, could easily be upgraded to a standard grip.
