Used set. The underload has some denting. No longer available anywhere! Ammo Bats are an innovative new line of overload / underload training bats that are designed to increase bat speed. The Ammo Bat System consists of 3 aluminum bat models: HAND-LOADED, HEAD-LOADED and UN-LOADED. The 3-Bat System is available in a variety of sizes for Adult (-3), JR (-5) and Youth (-8) players. HAND-LOADED model: Enables the hitter to stay inside the ball, stay connected longer, become stronger at contact, and develop bat speed. This bat adds +20% weight in two separate areas above and below the hands without modifying the design of the bat - giving it the look of a game bat with a different feel. The hand-loaded design forces the hitter's hands to initiate the swing while the barrel lags behind to the point of contact. HEAD-LOADED model: Designed with a +20% weight ratio that is added to the head of the bat. This weight really forces the bat head to snap through the zone giving the hitter the feel of how to throw the head. Learning how to throw the bat head at contact and having bat head awareness throughout the swing plays a huge role in developing bat speed and adding power to your game. Gives the bigger, more physical hitters some extra POP. UN-LOADED model: Designed with a -20% weight ratio. By thinning the walls and transferring weight into different areas, this bat is made light but durable. The bat truly feels light in the hands and gives the hitter a feel for how the hands work and where the barrel is throughout the swing. Training your hands at a higher rate of speed on a consistent basis will allow your body to adapt to your newly recruited fast twitch muscles resulting in faster hands and faster bat speed.
