Before we even apply a finish, we thoroughly check all of our bats for cracks, imperfections, and unsightly grains, but sometimes a piece of wood can be defective internally. For that, we've got you covered We cannot, however, offer a warranty for mishits or misuse. This includes hitting the ball outside of the hitting area, hitting on the back or front side of the bat, hitting anything other than real baseballs, or slamming the bat on any surface. If you feel that your bat has broken as a result of a manufacturing defect (and not a result of the above conditions), feel free to contact us. You can either send us the bat for inspection or provide us with detailed images of the bat and we will go from there. If the bat is in fact defective, we will cover it under our warranty. Unfortunately, wood bats sometimes break but we are happy to make good on structural defects. We value you as a customer and will always strive to make the situation right.
