This bat was bought brand new on a whim. I thought he needed a lighter bat for the increased speed in pitching we would see at the next level. I was wrong and he ended up going to a drop 8 instead of going lighter. Apparently my mistake is your gain. He only swung it about 20x in the cage with real baseballs. It’s sat in his bag the rest of the summer.

The bat uses EXACT Carbon technology for a lightweight swing and a cushioned 2.2mm FLEX grip to reduce vibration and improve control.

This USA bat is designed for little league or a pony leagues. It won't be a very high-performance bat and, in general, is designed for safety. Typically, your little leaguer, who uses the USA stamp, is a player at an entry-level ability. With that said, the Ghost X Hyperlite was one of the best available USA bats. But any USA bat is going to be a mediocre performer overall. The Ghost X Hyperlite is very lightweight and very easy to swing. Smaller players do well with it.
