The 2023 Louisville Slugger Meta Composite is a USSSA-certified youth baseball bat designed for kid pitch play, featuring a 30-inch length and a -8 drop weight ratio. Its composite barrel measures 2 3/4 inches, providing a balanced combination of durability and pop. The bat’s composite construction delivers a responsive feel with reduced vibration on contact, helping young hitters maintain control and confidence at the plate. Its green finish distinguishes it visually while maintaining the structural benefits of the composite build. This bat is used but retains the performance characteristics expected from a recent model year. Note: This was my son's favorite go-to bat during his 12U travel ball season. It's well-balanced and easy to swing with lots of hard-hit balls for him.
