Shirt measures 15 inches pit to pit and 28 inches top to bottom. Shirt is from the 1980s based on the tag. Shirt is in fantastic shape, mark on the right sleeve. NCACC is located in Bethlehem, PA and took over some of the buildings for campus from Bethlehem Steel Corporation, yes the one that created one of the most successful soccer clubs of the early 20th century, wining the league 9 times and winning the National Challenge Cup (Now the US Open Cup) 5 times, which is still tied for most all time.
